Baked Potato Wedges

Here is a delicious potato wedges recipe that can be served with almost anything, like a nice fresh salad , or egg stew .

Time: 40 min Serves: 6 people

Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  1. 7 large potatoes (washed, peeled and cut into wedge shapes)

  2. 2 tsp salt

  3. 2 tsp black pepper

  4. 2 tsp basil

  5. 1 boullion cube


Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Then oil a baking pan large enough to fit all the potato wedges.


Step 2

Put all the potato wedges into a bowl and add in all the spices. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.


Step 3

Transfer all the potato wedges into the baking pan and evenly spread them out. Once the oven has preheated, put the potato wedges into the oven and allow it to cook for about 25 min, or until soft.


Step 4

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Serve and Enjoy!
