Smoothie Bowls are both a delicious and healthy breakfast that you can easily make by blending some of your favourite fruits together in a blender and topping it with some toppings. This is a recipe for a banana, blueberry and mango smoothie bowl.

Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2. 1/2 cup frozen mango
3. 2 bananas
4. 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Blend the blueberries, and mangoes in to the blender. Add 1/3 cups of water (you can adjust this due to your preferences). Blend until it is smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
3. Slice the other banana and add it into your smoothie bowl. Sprinkle the nuts all over your smoothie.
4. Enjoy
