Blueberry & Nuts Parfait

Do you feel like having a delicious and healthy snack that is quick and easy to make? Try making this recipe! Once you make this one, you can try making our other parfaits.


Time: 5 min Servings: 1 person

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup of Blueberries

  2. 1 table spoon of Nuts

  3. 1 cup of vanilla yogurt

  4. Honey (optional)


Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of vanilla yogurt into a cup or bowl

  2. Add the nuts on top of the yogurt

  3. Add the blueberries into your cup

  4. Sprinkle the honey on top of the fruits

  5. Enjoy!
