This recipe can be eaten any time you feel like having something special. It is filling and will keep you full until your next meal.
Time: 30 - 40 minutes Serves: 3 people
Ingredients:
4 potatoes
Salt
White Onions
Basil
Curry Powder
White Pepper
Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C)
Cut the potatoes into quarters
Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes or until a little soft
Dice the onions
Sprinkle the spices and mix it gently in a baking pan (don't squash the potatoes)
Add the onions and potatoes into a baking pan
Sprinkle a little oil on the potatoes
Bake the potato for about 15 minutes.
Mix and turn over to the other side
Bake for another 15 minutes
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes
