Breakfast Potatoes

This recipe can be eaten any time you feel like having something special. It is filling and will keep you full until your next meal.

Time: 30 - 40 minutes Serves: 3 people




Ingredients:

  1. 4 potatoes

  2. Salt

  3. White Onions

  4. Basil

  5. Curry Powder

  6. White Pepper

  7. Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C)

  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters

  3. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes or until a little soft

  4. Dice the onions

  5. Sprinkle the spices and mix it gently in a baking pan (don't squash the potatoes)

  6. Add the onions and potatoes into a baking pan

  7. Sprinkle a little oil on the potatoes

  8. Bake the potato for about 15 minutes.

  9. Mix and turn over to the other side

  10. Bake for another 15 minutes

  11. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes

  12. Enjoy!
