Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 packed cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 cup of mashed ripe banana (3 medium sized bananas)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan. Mix the flour, sugars, baking powder, oil, eggs and banana in a large bowl. Then pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Step 2
Bake the bread for about 60 - 70 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for about 5 - 10 min, or until warm.
