Here is a recipe for a classic omelette that can be made on quick mornings.
Time: 5 min Serves: 1 person
Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp butter
Directions
Step 1
Butter a frying pan and put it on med heat.
Step 2
While the pan is heating up, whisk the eggs, salt and black pepper together in a small bowl. Keep whisking until you can see bubbles in the egg.
Step 3
Once the pan has heated up, pour in the egg mixture into the pan. Once the egg has cooked a little, push the egg from the sides inward so that it can be thicker.keep doing this until there is very little raw egg on top. Then flip the egg to cook it on the other side. Once fully cooked allow it to cool, put it on a plate, and enjoy!
