Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
Oats
Chia Seeds
1 cup of mashed ripe banana (3 medium sized bananas)
1 bar of Dark Chocolate (255g)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugars, baking powder, oil, eggs, and banana in a large bowl until well mixed together. Then chop the dark chocolate into tiny chunks and add most of it in to the banana bread mixture.
Step 3
Pour batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle some oats, the remaining dark chocolate chunks and sugar on the top of the banana bread
Step 5
Bake the bread for about 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool for about 5 - 10 min before eating. Enjoy!
