Delicious Bell Pepper Salad

Here is a delicious, colorful salad that can be easily made within 5 minutes and is an amazing addition to your meals. Once you have all the ingredients, you can simply chop up all the vegetables, mix them, and enjoy!

Time: 5 minutes Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

  1. 1 yellow bell pepper

  2. 1 red bell pepper

  3. 1 orange bell pepper

  4. 1/2 medium-sized cucumber

  5. 1/3 cup shredded carrots

  6. 1 large leaf of lettuce


Directions


Step 1

Dice all the vegetables (the bell peppers, lettuce and cucumber) into small chunks. Once chopped, pour in all the diced bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce and shredded carrots, into a medium-sized bowl and mix them well until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
