Time: 45 minutes Serves: 6 people
Ingredients
6 Salmon fillets
1 lemon, rolled and sliced in half
2 tsp salmon seasoning
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp minced ginger
1/4 onion sliced into thin strips
Black pepper
Oregano
Directions
Step 1
Place all the salmon fillets into a medium sized bowl. Add in the sliced onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, into the bowl. Then sprinkle the salmon with oregano, salmon seasoning and black pepper. Squeeze the juice out of both halves of the lemon and into the bowl.
Step 2
Mix all the seasonings evenly. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to marinate for 10 - 30 minutes (the longer the better).
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Transfer the salmon to a non-stick baking pan and pour the remaining marinade over the salmon. Optionally you can roast some vegetables with your salmon.
Step 4
Bake your salmon for 30 minutes, flipping it half way. Enjoy!
I tried this and it was really delicious, I just used half the lemon instead of the full thing though because I did not want it to be too sour
