1 boiled egg
1 slice of toast
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Garlic powder
1 tbsp diced onion
Diced green onion to garnish - optional

In a medium sized bowl, add boiled eggs, mayonnaise, the diced onions and the spices. Mash well with a fork until you reach your desired consistency
