Egg Salad Toast

Egg Salad Toast
 

Ingredients

  1. 1 boiled egg

  2. 1 slice of toast

  3. Pinch of salt

  4. Black pepper

  5. 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  6. Garlic powder

  7. 1 tbsp diced onion

  8. Diced green onion to garnish - optional


Directions

Step 1

In a medium sized bowl, add boiled eggs, mayonnaise, the diced onions and the spices. Mash well with a fork until you reach your desired consistency


Step

Spread the boiled egg spread over your slice of toast and garnish with green onions and black pepper. Enjoy!
