Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ½ cups milk
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs

Step 1
In a large bowl sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda mix it to combine. In a medium bowl add the milk, melted butter, and egg and whisk to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just mixed together.
Step 2
Add butter to a non - stick frying pan and heat over medium heat until melted. Then, fry ⅓ cup of batter to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Don't press on the pancakes. Flip the pancake over and cook for it another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
