This is a delicious side that you can have with almost anything like rice, stew, beans etc.
Time: ~20 min Serves: 2 People
Ingredients
1 Plantain
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Oil
Directions
Slice the plantain
Sprinkle 1/2 a teaspoon of salt to season
Heat the oil (there should be enough oil just to cover the plantain)
When heated, fry the plantain until golden brown
When done, leave it on a plate covered with a paper towel to absorb the oil
