Here is a quick, delicious and nutritious salad that you can easily make as a side or as a small meal.
Time: 10 - 15 minutes Serves: 5 - 7 people
Ingredients
5 Big Leaves of Lettuce
1 Cup of Sliced Cucumber
1/2 Cup of Grilled Chicken
1/4 Cup of Shredded Carrots
Any Dressing of your Choice (we used mayonnaise)
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Directions
Fry the chicken on mid heat for 5 min
Chop the lettuce and the cucumber
Add the lettuce an Cucumber to a bowl and toss well
Put the dressing on the tossed greens
Add the Grilled chicken (cut up into bits), carrots, and parmesan cheese
Toss Gently
