Garden Salad

Here is a quick, delicious and nutritious salad that you can easily make as a side or as a small meal.

Time: 10 - 15 minutes Serves: 5 - 7 people


Ingredients

  1. 5 Big Leaves of Lettuce

  2. 1 Cup of Sliced Cucumber

  3. 1/2 Cup of Grilled Chicken

  4. 1/4 Cup of Shredded Carrots

  5. Any Dressing of your Choice (we used mayonnaise)

  6. Parmesan Cheese (optional)


Directions

  1. Fry the chicken on mid heat for 5 min

  2. Chop the lettuce and the cucumber

  3. Add the lettuce an Cucumber to a bowl and toss well

  4. Put the dressing on the tossed greens

  5. Add the Grilled chicken (cut up into bits), carrots, and parmesan cheese

  6. Toss Gently

  7. Enjoy!
