Ingredients
1 pound, medium sized frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar (feel free to add more sugar to your preference)

Step 1
Dice the thawed frozen strawberries into small chunks. Then place the strawberries into a medium saucepan on low heat with lemon juice. Allow the strawberries to heat on low heat until it softens into a jam like texture. Once soft, add in the sugar and allow it to dissolve into the strawberry paste.
Step 2
Once the mixture has turned into a paste with the thickness of your choice, remove it from the heat and place it into a tight sealed jar and allow it to cool. Then place it in your fridge. Enjoy!
