Kale and Tomato Rotini Pasta (with Chicken)

Here is a delicious tomato pasta recipe that you can easily make and customize to your own needs and wants.

Kale and Tomato Rotini Pasta (with Chicken)

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups rotini pasta (cooked)

  2. 5 tomatoes

  3. 1 cup kale

  4. 1 ½ cup chicken breast strips

  5. 2 tsp salt

  6. 1 tsp black pepper

  7. 1 tbsp white pepper

  8. 2 tsp curry powder

  9. 1 tsp thyme

  10. 1 tbsp basil

Directions

Step 1

Cook the chicken breast strips using the instructions on the packaged (until well done) and season it with 1 tsp of curry powder, and salt. Once cooked, set it aside on a plate.


Step 2

Start to boil the rotini pasta using the instructions on the packaging.


Step 3

Blend the tomatoes in a food processor, until fully blended. Pour the blended tomato into a medium sized skillet and season it with the remaining seasonings. Allow it to boil, or simmer for about 10 minutes on low - mid heat, or until it loses the very tomato - like taste.


Step 4

When the sauce is ready, add in the pasta until it is well incorporated. Then mix in the chicken. Lastly, add in the kale and allow it to cook on low for a bout a minute. Then turn off the heat


Step 5

Allow to cool a bit. Serve, and enjoy
