Here's a recipe for a simple yet delicious plate of garlic bread that you don't need to use the oven for (only the stovetop). You can serve this as a starter for a big meal, or even just enjoy it as a side.
Time: 15 min Serves: 12 people (depends on baguette)
Ingredients
1/2 cup of soft unsalted butter
1 tbsp of minced garlic
2 tbsp of basil
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1 baguette
Directions
Add the soften butter into a bowl with the garlic
Chop the fresh basil finely and add to the bowl
Sprinkle the white pepper into the mixture
Slice a baguette into thin slices
Spread the butter mixture onto the baguette
Oil a frying pan and fry each slice of baguette until golden brown or every 2 min on medium heat (make sure you don't leave it for too long!
Once done, Allow to cool
