Over Night Oats

Do you want a simple, healthy breakfast that will keep you satisfied until lunch? Try overnight oats! It's fully customizable so you can fit it to your preferences.

Time: ~ 5 min (at least 6hrs) Serves: 1 person

 

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup of Oats

  2. 1/2 cup of Milk

  3. 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional)

  4. 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)

  5. 1/4 cup berries of your choice (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour 1/2 a cup of oats and milk into a glass container

  2. If you are using them, add the chia seeds, and flax seeds.

  3. Mix well

  4. Put in the fridge overnight

  5. In the morning, add a little more milk to it, and top with your favourite berries
