Ingredients
1/2 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of Milk
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
1/4 cup berries of your choice (optional)
Directions
Pour 1/2 a cup of oats and milk into a glass container
If you are using them, add the chia seeds, and flax seeds.
Mix well
Put in the fridge overnight
In the morning, add a little more milk to it, and top with your favourite berries
