Pancakes

Here is a recipe for delicious, and fluffy pancakes to enjoy with your family in the morning.

Time: ~ 1 hour Serves: 10 - 12


Ingredients

  1. 3 cups of flour

  2. 1/4 cup of sugar

  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  4. 3 cups of milk

  5. 1 tsp baking powder

  6. 1 egg

  7. Toppings to serve (berries etc.)

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together.

  2. Slowly add the milk while mixing carefully.

  3. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and then add the egg to the pancake mixture.

  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix.

  5. Coat a pan with a little oil

  6. When the oil is heated, scoop 1/2 cup of pancake batter and put in the pan.

  7. Cook the pancake until it is golden brown on both sides

  8. Repeat step 5 - 7 for all the pancake batter

  9. Serve with your desired toppings and enjoy.
