Here is a recipe for delicious, and fluffy pancakes to enjoy with your family in the morning.
Time: ~ 1 hour Serves: 10 - 12
Ingredients
3 cups of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups of milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Toppings to serve (berries etc.)
Directions
Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together.
Slowly add the milk while mixing carefully.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and then add the egg to the pancake mixture.
Add the vanilla extract and mix.
Coat a pan with a little oil
When the oil is heated, scoop 1/2 cup of pancake batter and put in the pan.
Cook the pancake until it is golden brown on both sides
Repeat step 5 - 7 for all the pancake batter
Serve with your desired toppings and enjoy.
