Here's a quick and easy peanut butter and honey granola recipe made in the air fryer in less than 30 minutes! It has a crunchy, clumpy texture and a subtle nutty taste that is perfect for sprinkling over yogurt.
Time: 30 min Serves: 1½ cups of granola

Ingredients
1 cup of oats
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp crushed mixed nuts
Directions
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the oats and nuts. Then, pour the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla into the mix. Mix until it clumps together.
Step 2
Layer the basket of your air fryer with a sheet of foil. Then, pour the granola mix into the air fryer and compress it into one large sheet using a masher (this allows the granola to come together in large clumps).
Step 3
Put the granola into an air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes, flipping it over at 10 minutes.
Step 4
Lay out the granola on a baking sheet and cool for 10 minutes. Break the granola into a size of your choice. Enjoy!
Storage:
To store this granola, ensure it has cooled completely, and store it in an air-tight container in a dry place.
