Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
1 1/2 tsp of salt
Pan of oil
Directions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes well, Peel the skin off the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin long pieces. Then put all the sliced potato pieces in a medium sized bowl and add the salt to season
Step 2
Heat the oil at medium/high heat. Once heated, carefully fry the potato until it is a golden brown colour. Drain the potatoes on a paper towel to remove all the oil. Enjoy!
