2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of unsalted room temperature butter
6 - 8 tablespoons cold water

Directions
Dough Recipe
Combine 2/3 cup of flour with sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix it evenly.
Add the butter slowly at a time while mixing it in.
Add the remaining flour.
Sprinkle the dough with 6 - 8 tablespoons of water. Then, fold and press dough until it comes together into a ball.
Use plastic wrap and wrap up the dough. Put the dough into the fridge until ready to use.
