Potato & Meat Pie

Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of flour

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 1/4 cups of unsalted room temperature butter

  • 6 - 8 tablespoons cold water

Directions

Dough Recipe

  1. Combine 2/3 cup of flour with sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix it evenly.

  2. Add the butter slowly at a time while mixing it in.

  3. Add the remaining flour.

  4. Sprinkle the dough with 6 - 8 tablespoons of water. Then, fold and press dough until it comes together into a ball.

  5. Use plastic wrap and wrap up the dough. Put the dough into the fridge until ready to use.
