Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are an excellent way to start off your day. It is simple, tasty and healthy. After this, if you haven't already, check out some more of our breakfast smoothies. You won't regret it!

Time: ~ 5 Minutes Serves: 1 - 2 People

Ingredients

  1. 1 Banana

  2. 1 Cup of Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  3. 2/3 Cup of Water

Directions

  1. Slice the banana into quarters

  2. Add the banana and the 1 cup of strawberries into the blender along with the water

  3. Blend until it has reached your desired consistency

  4. Pour into desired glass

  5. Enjoy!
