The Most Delicious Egg Stew

Egg stew is a great side to lots of foods like rice, plantain and even potatoes. It is fully customizable which is great so you can make it fit your own preferences.

Time: 15 min Serves: 2 people

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs

  2. 1 tomato

  3. 1 leaf of kale

  4. 1 bell pepper

  5. 1 tsp black pepper

  6. 1 tsp white pepper

  7. 2 tsp Knorr seasoning powder

  8. 1 tsp curry powder

  9. Oil to fry

  10. 2 tbsp of milk

Directions

  1. Chop the kale, bell pepper, and tomato into small chunks

  2. Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the veggies on low heat for about 5 min

  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add all the seasonings along with the milk and whisk again.

  4. Pour the egg into the pan and allow it to cook until done (about 2 min)

  5. Once the egg has fried, turn off the heat and serve.

  6. Enjoy
